We had a great day at the park and the fairies certainly didn't let us down. Everyone had a blast followed by tea and a story, all the while enjoying the company of friends and fairies.

Even Tinkerbell herself showed up at the tea to read a story to all the other fairies.

Red Day

National Wear Red Day February 6, 2009

Is a day when Americans nationwide will wear red to show their support for women's heart disease awareness. This observance promotes the Red Dress symbol and provides an opportunity for everyone to unite in this life-saving awareness movement by showing off a favorite red dress, shirt, or tie, or Red Dress Pin.

Participating merchants will have a red bow on the door and be offering 10% off to help raise awareness Friday Only.

Gone Fishin'

Gone Fishin kicked off yesterday. It will run for 2 weeks until Sunday October 26th

It was a real blast with hundreds of real grasses, and artificial flowers. Not to mention the 20+ Goldfish swimming and real pine trees.

I thought I'd post a photo of Tonya & myself from yesterday. I did'nt intend for the set to be for adults. But I realy fell in love with it and had to have ours made in it. We still have a few openings left if you want yours made in it, just check with me to see what appointments I have left.

Honor Flight

Honor Flight is a non profit organization created solely to honor America’s veterans for all their sacrifices. We fly our heroes to Washington, DC to visit and reflect at their memorials. Top priority is given to the senior veterans – WW II survivors along with those other veterans that may be terminally ill. Honor Flight first flew in May 2005 with six small planes flying 12 WW II veterans, departing out of Springfield, Ohio. In 2006, with a waiting list of veterans expanding rapidly, they transitioned to commercial airline carriers to accommodate the maximum number of veterans as possible. Partnering with HonorAir in Hendersonville, North Carolina and Hero Flight in Provo, Utah, & formed the “Honor Flight Network.” Together, they are aggressively expanding our programs to other cities across the nation in 2007. Based on recent statistics, we are losing WW II veterans at the rate of 1200 per day. Honor Flight will continue do whatever it takes to fulfill the dreams of our veterans and, very importantly, our senior heroes travel absolutely free.
Subsequent to the WW II veterans, our efforts will then focus on our Korean and then Vietnam veterans, honoring them similarly.HONOR FLIGHT – our way of paying a small tribute to those that gave so much; to take a memorable, safe, and rewarding FLIGHT with HONOR!!!

It's a lot af work to juggle Custom Childrens sets and Senior sessions.

But it's what makes my job so interesting and exciting!!

Just one of the more recent images from one of our seniors this year. This was the first time I ever used this mirror. I will definatly use it again.

There is also a ally close by the studio I have wanted to use for 3 years now. If any seniors want to try it out just let me know. I think that it will make some great photos.
